'In a hurry curry'

1. **Prepare the Pan**: Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. **Spice It Up**: Add your choice of spices to the oil (e.g., cumin, turmeric, paprika, or garam masala) and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.my personal favourite is Chipotle paste
3. **Cook the Chicken**: Toss the pre-cooked chicken into the pan and stir it around to coat it in the spices. Cook for 2–3 minutes to heat it through and enhance the flavor.
4. **Add the Rice**: Put the microwave rice directly into the pan and mix well with the chicken and spices. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
5. **Mix with the Sauce**: Pour the jarred curry sauce into the pan, stir everything together, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
6. **Serve**: Plate it up straight from the pan for a one-dish wonder.

Optional: Top with fresh herbs, toasted nuts, or a squeeze of lime to brighten up the flavors.
